Hi, I am Pamela

I've been helping districts, leaders and schools for over 20 years to design, implement and monitor programs for high-ability and gifted learners based on the vision of the community and the needs of their students.

Using evidence-based practices I have learnt how to create programs aligned with each school community's unique needs.

These experiences have taught me the four essential characteristics of a successful, inclusive program for high-ability and gifted learners, no matter the context or age of the students.

Today, I am so excited to show you exactly how to use the four pillars to guide your school's approach to high-ability and gifted learners.

Still have questions

  • Evidence-based practice refers to the use of research and data to guide instructional decisions and practices in order to improve student learning outcomes.

  • You use current best practices to design a framework that includes identification, personalising learning, advanced curriculum, human and other resources and collaborative knowledge building.

  • Researchers including Gagne, Renzulli and Maker have shown that there is no guarantee that smart children are always able to teach themselves, rather t is a combination of factors that enable learners to grow and glow.
